Most refunds are approved automatically within minutes. Anything that needs a human is capped at 24 hours. Here's exactly what happens — and what qualifies. Full legal conditions live in the Refund Policy.
The process

Open the order in Order History, pick the item and a reason. Takes about a minute — no ticket, no waiting in a queue.

Review
If our telemetry already confirms the issue — a detection, a failed launch, a duplicate — it auto-approves instantly. Edge cases go to a human reviewer, capped at 24 hours.

Payout
Money goes back to your original method by default. Crypto lands in minutes, store balance is instant, cards take 5–10 business days.
What qualifies
Detected by anti-cheat
Your build was flagged within the protected window stated on the product page.
AUTO-APPROVEBuild didn't launch
Crashes on start, won't inject, or fails the loader check.

Bought twice by accident and the key was never activated.
