The rest of this policy lays out exactly when we refund, when we don't, and how to get the money back.

• Build did not launch on first run within 24h of purchase, and our diagnostics confirm the failure is on our side.
• Detected within the protected window stated on the product page (typically 48h for «Standard», 14 days for «Stealth» tier).
• Key never activated. Refund window: 7 days after purchase.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase — flagged within 48h, key unused.
• Service outage on our side that prevented you from using the key for more than 24 cumulative hours during a subscription month — pro-rated.

• Change of mind after the build has been downloaded and run.
• In-game ban for behaviour unrelated to detection (toxicity, smurfing, manual reports).
• Detection after the protected window has expired.
• Sharing the key, HWID mismatch caused by intentional spoofing.
• Failure to read system requirements before purchase.
• Loss of in-game items, rank, cosmetics or progression — we are never liable for these.

For subscriptions where the issue arose mid-period, we refund the unused portion calculated to the day, rounded up to your benefit. Example: a 30-day key, used for 9 days, detected on day 10 — refund of 21/30 of the purchase price.

If you don't see the refund within the stated window, write to support with your order ID.

Use the in-product flow at cheats.im/refund. You'll need:

• Order ID (in your purchase email or under Order History).
• Detection screenshot or game-side ban notice (if applicable).
• Approximately when you last launched the build.

Auto-approval triggers if our telemetry already shows a detection event for that build version. Otherwise a human reviews within 24 hours.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will always refund eligible cases ourselves — faster, with no impact on your account. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and a permanent ban from cheats.im.
