The deal between you and us.

These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern your access to and use of the cheats.im website, products, downloadable builds and any sub-domain operated by CHEATS.IM Ltd («we», «us»). By creating an account, purchasing a key or downloading a build, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and — if you transact on the marketplace — the Marketplace Terms and Escrow Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Where 18 is below local majority, that higher age applies.

• You confirm you are not on any sanctioned-persons list maintained by the EU, UK, US OFAC, UN or your country of residence.
• You confirm that downloading and running modification software is not prohibited where you live.
• You will not access the service from a country that we restrict from time to time (current list available on request).

You are responsible for keeping your credentials, 2FA codes and download links confidential. We will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you notify us in writing first.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the build associated with the key you purchased, on a single device, for the duration of the subscription you bought.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or commercially redistribute the build.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where allowed by mandatory law.
• Bundle our build with another product or service without a written B2B agreement — if interested, see B2B.
• Use the build to harass other players, evade a ban incurred elsewhere or violate any criminal law.

Modification software typically violates the terms of service of the games it interacts with. Running our build may result in your game account being suspended, banned or losing in-game items. You alone bear that risk.

We invest heavily in evasion and provide refund cover for «detected within X hours» cases (see Refund Policy), but we cannot guarantee that you will never be detected.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept cards, crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH), PayPal where available, and store balance. Crypto transactions are non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel from Settings at least 24h before renewal.
• One-time keys are activated on first launch and expire at the end of their stated duration.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless required by law to be collected by us.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspicious payment activity, sanctions, abusive conduct toward our staff, or where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account — cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund except as stated in the Refund Policy.

The service is provided «as is» and «as available». To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for in-game bans, loss of in-game items, loss of rank, lost playtime, or any indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation via Support. Unresolved disputes will be referred to the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer law in your country applies.

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
